When is the festival?

Friday, July 31st – Saturday, August 1st, 2026.
Where are the festival grounds?

FWB FEST takes place across Downtown Idyllwild and Idyllwild Arts Academy (IAA).
What time does the festival end?

12am-ish on Friday & Saturday — give or take a few.
What's the best time to arrive?

Programming starts early Friday afternoon. It's best to arrive in Idyllwild early Friday morning. We encourage you to get into town on Thursday evening, if you can, so you have a full day in Idyllwild starting Friday.
Where should I stay?
Airbnbs, hotels, and campsites are all around Idyllwild and the surrounding area. Walking distance from Downtown Idyllwild or Idyllwild Arts Academy (IAA) is highly recommended if you want to take advantage of our free festival shuttles.

Is there camping available?

We don't have official camp sites for FWB Fest, but here's a guide to camping in Idyllwild: idyllwildcalifornia.com/camping.
Is there parking onsite?

On Saturday, check in and park at the Idyllwild Shuttle Point. Once that lot is full, we open Camp Emerson parking.

Shuttles run every 15 minutes between the Idyllwild Shuttle Point and the Campus Shuttle Point (near Sage) during operating hours — about a 6-minute ride. Wear your wristband to board.

Carpools of 3+ guests may pick up an onsite parking pass at the Idyllwild Shuttle Point lot.

Is there an age limit?

The festival is 21+. Parents of kids 18 or younger — this is kid-friendly, but they're your responsibility. Please watch your little ones closely. This is in the woods, after all.

Are you hiring workers, volunteers, photographers/video people, etc. for the event?

No, but thanks for checking. If anything opens up, we will post about it.
Are tickets refundable?

Refunds are available if requested within 24 hours of purchase, or if the event is rescheduled or cancelled. Refunds are not available within 24 hours of the event start time. Tickets are sold via Dice — see your confirmation email or the Dice support page for details.
